By commissioning me you agree to these terms of service. If you didn't read them and commission me anyway, it will be assumed you have.I AM A HUMAN. I AM NOT AN ART MACHINE.I need days off to prevent any burnout, injury, and risk any mental health crisis.Commissions can take anywhere from a few days to several months. I have a walking 1 year old who requires attention during the day and night. This causes my queue to take longer to update.I do not do refunds UNLESS there is little to no progress, a valid reason for incompletion, my terms have been broken, or if I have to cancel your commission. Level of completion determines your refund amount.A sketch will be sent to you, this is the time to ask for changes. Any changes after sketch approval may add to your total cost.Payment is in full, up front before work is started to prevent scamming. Payment plans are a HEAVY exception to this term. I understand not everyone has the full amount.Payment plans are flexible. They are fully custom to you. That means as long as active payments are flowing through, your commission is being worked on! If there is a pause or delay because of something coming forth, I need to be notified so there isn't any miscommunications.If I deny your commission, there is a reason behind it. You are welcome to change your commission for acceptance.
